House of Jauregi

The town of Bergara’s origins lie in the 13th century around the site of the parish of San Pedro de Ariznoa.

The palace was originally an austere building that was strategically positioned at the end of a terrace of houses on the boundary of the old medieval town. 

This Gothic-style house was built around 1500.

The house holds an artwork of the utmost importance that can be dated to around 1500.
