Reservations can be made by phone (943769003) or by email (turismoa@bergara.eus). Tickets must be purchased at the Tourist Office (Juan Irazabal pasalekua 1) before the visit.
The visit to Olaso Tower is guided by the Olaso Dorrea Foundation and offered by Bergara Town Council, according to a specific schedule. Three visits per month will be offered according to this schedule: two in Basque and one in Spanish.
